Instructions:

The Neighborhood Analyst will create a statistical report on the demographic makeup of a region of your choice.

Zoom to your area of interest. Then click the "Select Point" tool, then click on the map at the center of your area of interest. You will then be prompted to enter a search radius around this center point.
